In these intense sessions, a player will get valuable training, advice, tools, and confidence that will enhance learning and skill level. Individual training is all about creating a personal blueprint and taking massive action to get results.

 

 

Functional Training

Physical training to enhance the mind and body, as we focus on building strength and muscle that can be applied to the sport of basketball. Training focuses on compound movements that work more than one muscle group at the same time, increasing the ability of your muscles to work together as a unit.

 

 

Team Concepts

Our focus is playing the game “smarter not harder.” In these intense sessions, players will practice effective play sets based on their ability and style of play. The goal is for players to sync together as a complete team.
